New Years Message:
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Hope you all had a GREAT Holiday!!
When we first came out of hibearnation, we decided to meet every two months for a six month period, see how things proceeded, and then re-evaluate. As I reported things are going WELL! We have to continue to building for our future (socials, fundraising, community projects, elections, etc). We need your input and help! To this end we want to invite past members, friends, admirers and those curious about the Liberty Bears to come to our February 4th meeting We will be taking the next step in reinventing the Bears. We need to reestablish our membership (suspended during hibernation), explain how we are going to meld our new members and past members, friends and admirers. We are planning to hold elections of officers to take us into 2012-2013.
Last but not least….We are having our Bears in Boxers Ball on the February 4th . We want to invite all of you to join us and have a great time shaking your (scantily clad??) butt with the Bears. DJ Barney Philly will be spinning for us, there will be a Sexy Bear/Boy contest and other surprises!! Come join us for a good time! We will also need some help with the party… Checking clothes, selling shots and being PARTY ANIMAL!!
